The man is a disgrace. He isn't doing his job, which is to preserve the security of the country. He seems to think that the security he is in charge of is W.'s job security. I wonder what kind of blackmail Rove is using on him. It has to be blackmail. There is no other reason he would ally himself with Bush/Cheney when they are so massively unpopular. I figure they have him doing their dirty work because Kansas is GOP enough that no matter what he does he can still get elected, but we can always hope that his sins for the current administration come back to haunt him.

In the meantime, since he is not doing the job he was elected to do, I think he ought to give his money back to the American people to be used for something that benefits us.
