That Cheney sure knows how to play a news cycle
The media was getting ready to pounce with Scooter's testimony that his "superiors" directed him to spread the classified info. Now, Deadeye Dick has spun the worries away with one quick shot at a guy who literally "took one for the team". They always talk about how the SS would take a bullet for the Pres, but it seems like with these guys it's always one of their supporters/friends instead (thinking about Jim Brady).
