I was not aware of this. He was mostly speaking of Mexico. He talked with all 3 presidential candidates there. All agree that the economic development near borders is crucial to each country.

it affected the outcome. Machines are not good, need to go.

Team of lawyers go all over to stop placement of machines that won't work. Sent lawyers to VA, it was a screw up in the machines.

Machines not reliable and shouldn't be used.
