Abestos Bill written by industry says Durbin--Specter on Sen Floor.

Did anyone catch this exchange?

1. Dubin asked for supenas that Specter said he had used to get information

for this bill. but Spector did not have them (and apparently never used any supenas)--

2. Durbin said Specters information is secret.

3. recall yesterday when Russ Feingold demanded to see the proxies that

Specter susposedly had for missing Senators?--and subject was changed fast cause Specter did NOT have the proxies.

4. this is the 2nd time that Specter has been called out on nat. TV. I hope

people are listening!
