Robert Turner, lawyer said a stupid thing

he was debating with Glenn Greenwald, lawyer, on the spying issue this a.m. on Wash. Journal.

he said in reference to spying: "we couldn't stop 9/11 because congress made a law." (that didn't let them freely secretly spy.)

what's he saying? that we knew and could have stopped 9/11 from happening but didn't because it was against the law?

the bushmilhousegang is breaking the law now and spying.

they break the law now but not then?

I know, I know, Turner ran off at the mouth so much the host had to break in and stop him several times. and the stories he told to illustrate his beliefs were ridiculous.

where does c-span find these nitwits?

(Greenwald kept shining the light of truth on Turners crap.)
