Just saw Waco: Rules of Engagement - Political hypocrites at work...
Has anyone else seen this documentary?

I'm watching it now and it shows how disgusting American politics has become and how Congressional politics is based purely by what party controls the Whitehouse.

What I mean is that the truth does not matter during investigations like this - what matters is how many points can be made by the opposing team and how much deflection can be made by the Whitehouse party in power, regardless of what is being investigated.

What is even more laughable is to see some of the same Rethuglicans back then attacking the Clinton Whitehouse, while today they are defending the Bush Whitehouse for doing similar things. Sadly, you see plenty of Dems protecting the Clinton Whitehouse back then the same way Rethuglicans protect the Bush Whitehouse today.

1. Oh yes, it's one of the most thorough documentaries...
...I've ever seen. I've recommended it to many people who have made off-handed comments about "that whacko, Koresh". Well, I guess I can't say he wasn't whacko but, well, you've seen the movie. You have a pretty good idea of what went down. On two occasions, folks have taken me up on the offer to show it to them and both a) thanked me for showing it to them and b) said they had no idea, no idea whatsoever what they were in for when they began watching it.

That was under Clinton. For a moment, let yourself imagine what goes on under Bush.

NOW STOP. You would not be able to get to sleep tonight if you pondered that thought for very long.

2. Sickening, isn't it? We didn't get the truth from the media.

(What a surprise, huh?)

3. Yes I have seen it
And it does a good job as far as I am concerned -- showing the police state we live in.

Using TANKS against people? Violating the Posse Comitatus Act. Shooting people from helicopters, then trying to lie about it? Machine gunning people trying to run out of a flaming inferno? Those people no matter what they might have or not have been guilty of, were murdered by the U.S. government.

Two things that make me angry the most on that video is when you can hear the ATF shooting to death those pet dogs that were outside caged up. The other is when they showed that the FBI knew that there was NO protection for the babies against the massive gas attacks they conducted on them. But these two points are by no means the only two that make me angry when I view this video, they are just the two that disgust me the most.

I too recommend this video for everyone to watch.
