On September 11, 2001, when Bin Laden struck the US (aided by Chimpy's inaction when he was directly warned a month earlier), the incompetent drunk sat listening to schoolchildren reading My Pet Goat...and his staff didn't even pretend he was in charge.

In May of last year, the Capitol and White House were evacuated when a private plane buzzed into restricted air space...and Chimpy bicycled blissfully on, not even informed by his staff that the federal government was bugging out in panic.

Yesterday, Bin Laden spoke out, threatening new attacks....and his staff didn't even bother to tell Chimpy.

1. This article just validates what we have known for years. Bush

is not running the country; he is a mere figurehead for PNAC and has been carefully groomed for this position because of his name recognition and his willingness to carry out PNAC policy. He doesn't know what's going on and doesn't need to, because he isn't calling the shots. He's just putting the public face on the policy that was written years ago.
