Proposed fallback plan for Dean

Before I get flamed, I'm a Dean supporter but will cheerfully work for and vote for ABB.

I'm a lot more angry than Howard Dean is at the media assassination and also concerned that they can do it to anybody. (reference Gore and McCain)while Chimpy always gets a pass.

Re: "The Scream" ABC admits now they screwed up and sorta apologized. Faux claims it didn't really hurt Dean. My ass.

Ok. If anybody from Dean campaign is watching here, and as a big contributor and IF things don't pick up after next week. I would cheerfully see Dean take teh rest of the money and sue CNN, Faux and the rest for free air time or to revoke their FCC licenses.

2. Faux played it along with all the others

I saw it specifically on hannity (aaauuugggh!) hate to watch him. That was last week.

So did all the others, including local stations, total over 900 times now.

Isn't media concentration great!

3. I always wondered if ...

we could sue the media in general for distorting the facts and influencing the electoral process, the legislative process, the judicial process ... (have I missed any?)

Let's face it, if most Americans knew the truth about candidates and issues and laws like the Patriot Act, they would see things very differently! The media may not (always) lie outright, but they do skew the facts and since the airwaves are supposed to belong to the public, we should have the right to expect the truth from any form of media claiming to be "news" or "journalism". There are people who think O'Reilly is a journalist simply because he's on the Fox News Channel ... it's ridiculous!
