I learned that on one of the candidate's Websites.

So I went with a coworker today and voted in Tulsa. Pretty good turnout for it being an absentee voting day and a rethug stronghold. All Ds on the sign-in sheet too. Cool. No questions asked they let you vote absentee. Very convenient for those of us that work downtown.

When we went back to the office we wore the "I Voted" stickers and several people asked about it. When they found out they went down and voted today too. None of these people knew about this before. Good stuff, can only help with turnout.

I was also surprised because Tulsa in general and my office in particular is thick with bush-supporting-screech-monkeys. I felt good today. Found a few undercover liberals in the office! People are pissed and seem motivated.

Of the people I discussed who they were voting for with, one was going to vote Clark the other four were all Edwards. All of them were ABB

YEEAAAHHHRGGGGG!

1. Congratulations!
I wish that I'd get to vote in a primary campaign that is likely to actually matter!

2. a primary that matters
yeah it's nice. especially because in the general election Bushco will have this sorry state locked up and it's kind of hard to get motivated.

Last Presidential election a good friend of mine told me he was not going to vote because in Oklahoma it was just a waste of time since everybody else is voting bush and he'll get Oklahoma whether Dems show up or not. I told him all the reasons that was bullshit and talked him into voting. Let me tell you after the 2000 election fiasco he thanked me. He said he was glad he could be counted in the majority of Americans who voted for Gore.
