4. One tribe is talking .....
..... through their attorney. They are suing Abramoff for 32 million. Best that they don't talk
and let their attorney speak for them.

9. Apples and Oranges...
Abramoff fleecing the tribes...and/or bribing public officials is what this is about. The concern is with the Illegal actions...not the legal ones....unless you're into spin.

10. But he still fleeced the tribes
if these guys had any sense of what Abramoff had done...they'd give the money to the tribes.

12. But....that's why HE has been indicted....
because HE did something wrong. The crime is Abramoff's. He fleeced the tribes. That money and where it went is the issue. What the various tribes may have done with other money is their business.

6. I saw one attorney
on TV who was representing one of the Tribes. I thought he was very subdued in his remarks. I thought it sort of strange. He almost seemed to be minimizing the damage Abramhoff has caused. I was really expecting a bit more outrage.

8. They're probably lawyered up for criminal and civil reasons.
And everyone's attorney has told them to avoid talking to anyone about any of the issues, so as not to create new evidence or alter existing causes of action.

They're certainly figuring out who they're going to sue. If Scanlon thinks he's hidden his money well enough, I've got a little colonic for him called FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE STATUTES. They'll flush out what he hid where he thought no one would get them.
