Strange bush coincidences from the past....
John Hinckley Jr., the guy who attempted to assassinate Ronald Reagan supposedly because he had a crush on Jodie Foster, is the son/brother of close friends and business partners of GHW Bush the elder as well as Neil Bush, the third Bush son.

Osama is the son /brother of close friends and business partners of the Bush family also.

What are the chances that 2 different sons of two different families who are close to the Bush's commit spectacularly evil major, high profile crimes against the US?

John Hinckley Jr got off light because of "insanity" even though he at temped to kill our President, and then george w bush let's Osama slip through his fingers and doesn't really much care.

Is that bizarre or what?

Neil Bush was scheduled to have dinner with John Hinckley Jr's brother, Scott, the day after the assassination attempt, but they canceled because they didn't think it was appropriate seeing as John Hinckley had just committed his crime the day before, and since GHW Bush was Vice President at the time.

Now I know that coincidences do happen but doesn't that seem a wee bit fishy to you? 2 sons? 2 spectacular crimes. Both very connected to the Bush family.

Read the story of the the story the media forgot reported by Nathaniel Blumberg, the former Dean of Journalism at the U of M.

2. Hinckley was a Nazi wanna be?
Funny how that Nazi connection always surfaces around the Bu$hits.

3. I was taught in college that there are no
coincidences.

Just think, one President murdered and than attempts on 2 others and Bush Sr. or kids are always there somewhere...I wonder which Bush knows Squeaky?

8. Funny how this Neil bush/Scott Hinckly dinner date made the
network nightly news and then suddenly, completely disappeared.

10. True, but I would have thought there would have been at least
an interview with neil bush or Scott Hinckley about why they were having dinner together and something about the incredible co-inkydink that the VP's family and the family of the assasin were close.

Sounds like a great story.

13. You were taught that in college?!?!?!?!?!??!
While I believe there could definitely be something fishy surrounding the Bush family (the OP didn't even mention that Lee Harvey Oswald's phone/address book had 3 entries, 1 for "Poppy Bush," which was Bush I), but I can't believe you were taught that there are no coincidences in college. Ever take statistics?

5. These are as plausible as the liklihood of Bush becoming
president twice when the exit polls said there wasn't a chance.

7. what I can't EVER forget is that it was reported that when
Karen Hughes told * that exit polls indicated he would lose, "he took it very calmly."

Does this sound like *?? I keep thinking he knew something the rest of us didn't.

11. It's not bizarre.....
.....it's just the type of thing that has always been happening with the Bush Crime Family.

12. another one for you -- Bush nearly crashes an airplane ...
... and the guy with him on the flight (Don Evans) ends up being appointed to Cabinet.

""The guy didn't even know how to start the thing," Evans reportedly said. "That was a bad omen. Finally we get it started and roll down the runway, and he tries to take it straight up like a jet! We go into a stall, buzzcrs are going off. I say, 'Give it some gas!' We finally get it airborne, and he decides he better turn around and go back. I can tell he's nervous, but he says, 'Okay, Evvie, got it under control.' We come down and he lands half on the runway and half on the grass. And then he pats my leg and says don't worry, and he takes it up again. This time he's so scared he says, 'Hey, let's fly around Midland.' He had to get his confidence up. Somehow we got back safely. He's never flown again."

Interestingly, there are some other rumors about Bush having either crashed, or nearly crashed, while in the Air National Guard -- but we do know that he was suspended from flying, and nobody seems to have tried particularly hard to get him reinstated.
