7. Develop what you stand for..what you wish to accomplish..in specific terms and how to obtain/realize success. Learn from History at WHAT NOT TO DO and SAY..

8. Make your Team a FUN Team to be on. Parties are encouraged, small BBQ's, Pizzas, etc...The Team that Plays together will often WIN Together. Go Eat, Sing, Smile, Laugh, Bond. Send Positive signals.

9. Financing is a very important aspect, a no brainer...but its not to say its the final word. Make sure monies are well spent. not wasted. Use innovative ideas on How to get the most for the Busk$.
