"You dirty rat. You killed my brother."
the subject line is often used by Jimmy Cagney impersonators ... The origin of this is from the 1931 film Taxi! where Cagney delivered the line "You dirty rat, I'm going to get rid of you just like you gave it to my brother" often misquoted as "You dirty rat, you killed my brother".

it's important for Saddam's trial to be conducted fairly ... with the US in occupation in Iraq, any aura or taint of US imposed justice will only fan the flames of civil war ... Saddam's trial should be moved to the World Court to eliminate any odor of a miscarriage of justice ...

the US official in the article below said that a judge in Saddam's trial "removed himself" after finding he had a conflict of interest ... maybe that's true or maybe he was removed because he was a liability to the case against Saddam ...

One of five judges in Saddam Hussein's trial has stepped down because a co-defendant in the case has been linked to the murder of his brother, court officials said on Sunday.

The trial of the deposed Iraqi leader and seven others on charges of crimes against humanity is due to resume on Monday after two adjournments since it opened on October 19.

However, a U.S. official close to the U.S.-funded court said an unidentified judge had removed himself from the case on the eve of the trial's resumption.

The official said the judge had discovered documents linking one of Saddam's co-defendants to the killing of his brother several years ago and decided to stand aside because of a potential conflict of interest.

1. Ummm... Hello?!?
" ...with the US in occupation in Iraq, any aura or taint of US imposed justice will only fan the flames of civil war..."

That's the idea. That's why "we" are there. That's the agenda. Fan the flames of civil war and empty the country of people. Then the oil is ours.

It's really that simple!
