for the Economic Boom of the 90's....Yep, according to Hassert the programs set forth by the Republicans in the 90's caused the economic growth and employment to reach record highs....All the Democrats wanted to do then was tax and spend(but the republicans put a stop to it)...Then of course when the recession came along in 2001 it was the Democrats fault ...His speech was a rebuttal to Pelosi asking her colleges to vote the budget bill down...(CSpan)
