JIMMY CARTER FOR PRESIDENT!
Was watching him on Larry King. You know there is not a single word that comes out of President Carter's mouth that I disagree with.

Maybe that is why I campaigned for him in 1976. I know, being President again would probably kill him. But I think that I will write him in in 2008 because there aren't any Jimmy Carters anymore.

Jimmy Carter was the first President I voted for; unfortunately he lost.

4. Clark Carter ?
Did you notice how he kept his poise and dignity even when he had a couple of callers trying to play games with him?

5. He is a Democrat that knows how to talk about religion
I had the same thought when I saw him on CNN tonight. Carter in 2008? Why not?

9. He's too smart to run. One of our smartest presidents.
But I'd certainly support him, again -- I voted for him both when he won and when he lost.

11. He is a bit old but
as a transition president and if at least one house of congress could be won, wow!
But as someone said, too smart and the country is so deep in shit, it will take a revolution in thinking among the people and the political critters and the truth about corporation to come out.
Hopefully if a Dem wins the Presidency, He/She will use Carter as a wise advisor.
