The Voter Remorse Index is at a healthy 12% (Bush being down 12 points from 2004).

Miers could drive him down further...

Poll: Bush would lose an election if held this year

President Bush would not get re-elected if an election were held this year, according to a CNN poll.WATCH

(CNN) -- A majority would vote for a Democrat over President Bush if an election were held this year, according to a CNN/USA Today/Gallup Poll released Tuesday.

In the latest poll, 55 percent of the respondents said that they would vote for the Democratic candidate if Bush were again running for the presidency this year.

Thirty-nine percent of those interviewed said they would vote for Bush in the hypothetical election.

The latest poll results, released Tuesday, were based on interviews with 1,008 adults conducted by telephone October 21-23.

3. Can't lose when a vote for your rival counts for you.
The votes for the Dem's would be flipped on your black box voting screen for the Repuke.

5. I would like a bumper sticker that says, "Don't Blame Me, I Voted
for Kerry, but the Black Box Ate My Vote."

6. Umm, news flash. He has yet to win an election.
However, by the powers of the Supreme Court and Diebold we have a selected president.

16. Thanks for the link.
Just wait until the media reports it, this will be HUGE.

Yeah right...

It's a nice thought though. Real shame they won't expose * for what he really is, a FRAUD.

7. It isn't the voting that matters
It's the counting.

9. WELL WHAT DO YOU THINK THE REAL VOTE WAS IN 2004 AND 2000?
We really do not know what the real vote was in the last two elections, thanks to the "GANG of 5" and Diebold. If legitimate elections had been held and we had the actual vote count it might have looked much the same as the results of this poll.

15. Well duh
he wouldn't get elected because he's not RUNNING. That's all he knows how to do is campaign--he just can't govern once he's handed the office. He was handed companies and opportunities his whole life and did absolutely nothing with them once he got them. That's how he's handled Social Security, Medicare, the war in Iraq, and every other issue--like he's campaigning. It's just sad that it's taken the American people five long years to catch on.

18. He lost the last two.
Unfortunately that makes a total of 280,000,000 +/- losers. We all became losers when this idiot took the oath of office.
