The Cheney energy meetings that the Supreme Court wouldn't allow

us to have any information on are at the very heart of the current scandal involving Joseph Wilson, his wife Valerie Plame, the twisted lies of the bush** administration, and the death of 2000 American men and women. That's where this whole scheme was finalized to go into the Middle East with all guns a blazin' and try to take over the oil fields. That's why it was so damn important to have gotten ahold of the notes of those meetings. And why didn't we? The SCOTUS denied us the right to know what criminal dealings and treasonous plans that Cheney had cooked up for this country in order to gain control of the Iraqi oil fields and the control of that country. All they needed was some cooked intelligence. Get that information and you have absolute proof of treason.

This is the way I see it.

1. That case is still in the courts

The case was remanded, not decided.

3. Yes, I know. But instead of deciding on it like the SCOTUS clearly

should have, they passed the ball back to the lower federal court where it's been tied up for years.

It was in the country's best interest that the players in those meetings be identified. It was in the best interest of the country that the citizens should have been allowed to know what plans they had for our military. This is where the plans for the invasion of Iraq were finalized. You can tell this from the maps that were released by the cabal.

No, the SCOTUS shirked their duty and denied the people their right to an 'open' government and allowed these clowns to lie us into a war to take over the oil fields in Iraq (like it did us any good). And there was talk about going into Saudi Arabia and of course there's the usual threats against Iran. Look at the maps. When you do so much of makes sense.

4. Did you read the case?

I don't think the court shirked any duty. I think they're forced to take a longer view than the present and because of that longer view, they have to consider executive privilege in light of what the decision will mean for years to come. All they did was remand and tell the lower courts to investigate further.

if Cheney's energy "summit" meetings were publicly disclosed we'd find a direct link to the Iraq war. That alternative energy representatives weren't involved or were marginally involved speaks volumes about the bush administration's intentions.
These meetings were held to discuss the ground rules and how the country was going to be divided and "relieved" of it's resources. There's not a doubt in my mind.
If for some reason the minutes of those meetings were released today we'd see 75% of the minutes blacked out for "national security: reasons, bet on it.
The plans for this illegal and immoral war were in the works before bush ever took the oath of office, of that I'm sure.
