What is the argument that Bush can't fire Fitzgerald?
Was there something special about the wording in his original commission? Anybody?

10. Technically Nixon orderd AG Richardson
to fire the special prosecutor. He refused as did his deputy, Ruckelshaus, and both resigned. Bobby Bork, solictor general, actually did the nasty deed.

4. Even if he could, it would be poison for him to do.
Nixon's Saturday Night Massacre sent alarms across the Congress. It was also the reason why Clinton didn't get rid of Louis Freeh. I imagine.
