Tweety visited Judith Miller in jail
Why?

What's that about?

And were the rules of visiting different for Miller than for other prisoners? It seems she had a steady stream of non-relatives paying social calls. Were the conversations recorded by jail authorities?

3. Nah. The sheep are lovable. Judy's just plain scary - I'd NEVER get...
...to sleep after watching HER in a Serta ad.

5. I wonder if Clarke was helping Fitz out?
That is really interesting - I don't know what to make of it.

6. i think they let her have as many visitors
as she liked. why? to see who shows up.the last thing anyone in this situation should do is show up to visit someone in jail. the conversations may or may not have been recorded but one has to assume that they are. the only time one has privilaged conversations is with one`s attorney.also vistors have limited rights when they enter the vistor area of a jail or prison.
i think ol`e judy is a flipper because i don`t think she liked being around "those kind of people"

7. Very interesting indeed
Is he a member of aspen? I know he visited Boehiman Grove last year and you can take that for whatever you want, but I just find it strange.

8. Squaring their stories, maybe. Tweety testified to the Grand Jury and so
did Russert. After thinking about this tonight seeing how hard Matthews was on Bush (if you saw his guest line up) I think it's because MSNBC/NBC is trying to make sure that they aren't caught up in what Fitz comes down with.

Tweety has NEVER admitted he testified and neither has Russert. That says a lot that they were to scared to admit it to their audience. Either that or they are just as arrogant as we think they are.

But, they were involved in that leak because they were called by Rove. So, if Rove or Libby is going after Russert then GE/MSNBC/NBC's news divisions could be totally brought down if they are implicated. So, GE strikes back. Just my 2 cents worth theory here, though.

10. Tweety and Russert were interviewed by Fitzgerald I believe, but never
gave testimony before the GJ. That is what I recall reading somewhere.

12. You may be correct on that...they gave "written testimony" but not GJ
testimony. I'm not sure though that that leaves them "off the hook" of Fitz Investigation. :shrugh: What do you think?

13. They are not off the hook with me, but I'm not so sure about whether
they are in legal jeopardy. I am disgusted that they can pretend to be reporting news about this case when they are themselves involved and never mention it. At the very least they should be publicly embarrassed when all comes out into the open.
