NBC Nightly News covering emails from FEMA about problems post-Katrina
One email said that Brown needed time for dinner. Now that Baton Rouge was getting back to business, restaurants were picking up and that Brown needed more than 20-30 minutes for dinner.

Other emails showing lack of proper prioritization.

The email from Bahamonde or whatever his name was to Brown was answered with Mr. Brown needs more than 20 or 30 minutes to eat b/c the restraunts are busy.
