If DeLay directed corp funds to be laundered through the RNC or one of it's state branches, why couldn't the RNC be prosecuted under RICO? That would make every repug a conspirator.

There are civil forfeiture laws that affect even subsequent owners. I am aware of some cases where the gov't sought forfeiture of a person's house, because a prior owner had paid part of the then-existing mortgage on the house with drug profits.
