In the blog looks like Tweety is being an apologist for Bush being out of the loop again and it was Cheney and his office driving the runup to war and the false evidence.

That's the environment in which this whole thing may have been hatched. If there was law-breaking, it came out of the vice president and his people's determination to protect themselves against the charge that they led us into a corrupt war, a war based on false pretenses.

That's how hot this thing is.

If there are indictments, they're going to be probably in the vice president's office, they're probably going to come next week and they are going to blow this White House apart.

It's going to be unbelievable.

I think the people watching right now who are voters better start paying attention to this issue. It's not just about whether somebody's name was leaked, it's about whether we went to war under false pretenses or not, whether people knew about that or not, and what they did when they were charged against that kind of offense against the United States.

It's serious business.

Blaming Bush for anything that goes wrong is like blaming the San Diego Chicken when the Padres lose a ball game. He's got nothing to do with anything - he's just a big fuzzy mascot.

Tweety knew for TWO YEARS that Rove outed Plame but chose to NOT TELL HIS AUDIENCES filled with voters., and instead, allowed Wilson to be labeled as a liar and a partisan campaign hack for Kerry by GOP lawmakers, campaign operatives and RW media pundits.

Tweety chose to NOT TELL HIS AUDIENCES the truth about the WH and the outing of an agent.

4. Just recently I heard Matthews extol how good and honorable Bush is

Last night on his show I incredibly heard David Gergen extol the virtues of Dick Cheney including his total honesty and how impossible it could be that Cheney had anything to do with the leak and in the last 2 weeks Matthews was extolling Bush's virtues as a "good honorable man". They must be living in a parallel universe.

Joe Wilson didn't "leak" anything. He was under no compulsion to keep his findings in Niger secret. He was informing the American people, since the administration obviouslyt refused to do so.
