6. One general remark about WH press conferences: the Chimp is supposed to be
BIG on punctuality... REAL big... so WHY to most of the Wh presss ocnferences almost NEVER commence on time? As in 15 to 30 minutes late?

So the imperial Chimp demands his minions are punctual with HIM, but fuck everyone else.
