follow the money, or in this case, the power. What was Bush's FIRST priorities after the hurricanes?

1. reestablish oil companies with bailout loans and resources to continuing the flow
2. insert active troops and mercenary assassins
3. funnel funds through specifice agencies: Red Cross and a host of religious charities.
4. declare that military control was the only agency possible to do relief
5. HUD and other officials discuss how New Orleans needs to be "rebuilt higher"

what does this mean? follow the money (power)

1. oil is thicker than blood
2. New Orleans is enemy territory
3. Faith based initiatives is a money-laundering scheme
4. the goal is to initiate martial law.
5. The world's largest redistricting political and economic gerrymander by disaster.
