Reality check on Tom Delay's partisan attacks
Delay has been painting a fictional picture that has a partisan D.A. going after him. The media, of course, has gone along with it. Here's a small dose of reality.

1. I know it's lame as far as Earle goes.
Actually, the people on this site know it also. DeLay is grasping at straws.

2. Actually, at least cable news has done a decent job on this story.
I watch CNN, MSNBC and cspan all the time. On every one of them, the host has reported that Earl prosecuted far more Dems than pubs. Something like 9 Dems and 3 Pubs.

Don't get so excited about the BS right now. I agree with Molly Ivans. Earl was burned bad on the Hutchinson charge. There's no way he's going to let that happen to HIM again.
