| Re: Schwarzenegger and the special election |
|
I was listening to a replay of Forum on NPR tonight. They were saying how Gropie's polls are really low and noone wants the special election, but Gov. Gropie's going to wait until the last minute to launch his advertising campaign. One guy said he would need a lot of luck. I can't help thinking that luck is computerized voting technology. They can point to the success of their last minute campaign like it turned public opinion at the last minute in spite of any polls taken. Am I crazy to think they plan this way? How can someone like Schwarzenegger live with himself?

| 2. There will be a third candidate who miraculously splits the vote. |

The rest the electronic voting will take care of.

reason to be concerned. The fix is in. I don't care if only 10 people vote for the gropenator statewide, magically the electronic totals will have him winning. It will be very similar to those 8 million fundies that came out of the woodwork to vote for bush* in 2004 <wink, wink>. I tell ya though, they try and pull that shit in California, there's gonna be some pissed off people. Latino, black or white, if they smell the disenfranchisement by the rethuglican white-boy mafia, there's gonna be rioting in the streets. And I just may fly down to join 'em...
