Commander. He was the 4-star General fired for sexual misconduct in August.
Speculation had it that he may have been involved in or had some knowledge of a major training exercise that was to be turned into another "Terra Attack!", a la 9-11.
Is Gen. Byrnes being detained somewhere? Has anybody heard anything about General Byrnes?
It disturbs me that a 4-star General has basically disappeared and no one seems to know what happened to him.
