Why is there no systematic, house to house, rescue operation?
Edited on Sat Sep-03-05 11:38 AM by niceypoo
They should be searching grid by grid. This should have been their response as of Tuesday. They have no problem systematically going house to house in Iraq but are too bumbling to think of doing so here in the "homeland"? Isn't it homelame security's job to be prepared for "keeping us safe"?

I bet over 10,000 die in New Orleans and I bet Bushco tries to cover up number of dead citing "national security".

1. I saw on CNN where they are doing this in Mississippi I beleive
They go house to house searching and spray paint a status message on the door so people know the house was searched. My guess is the conditions in NO are deemed too dangerous to do that, although i really could say for sure.

3. Too dangerous? Just let them die?
The M16 armed military is too scared of teenagers with pistols?

2. Yes, they are doing this in some areas. Here's where...
some foreign assistance might help. Mexicans and Russians have A LOT of experience doing searches for bodies because of earthquakes, etc.

Dog teams would help too.

4. I was thinking the fires might downsize the "number" of dead...
Certainly any citizen shot by the Nat'l. Guard (numbers we will never truly know), as well as "some" the large number of dead...could be "lost" in some of the uncontrolled fires breaking out throughout the city. That would be too tin-foil to think...so I won't.

5. I know, it seems like the obvious thing to do, doesn't it?
