ANY CEO who fucked up this badly, or presided over company fuck-ups of this magnitude would be forced out by his stock holders and/or his board of directors, if not his own conscience (assuming he had one).

I mean - consider (AND CERTAINLY - ask your reps when you call them about this) - if YOU had performed THIS poorly on your job, wouldn't you be cleaning out your desk at this very moment? I've seen heads roll at radio stations at which I worked - for SO much less than this!
