I AM SO DAMN ANGRY ...bush 41 sits in high regalia next to clinton 42
and when a face which looks more massked and mechanized than a real face has the gall to spit out the words, THIS PRESIDENT IS ON TOP OF THINGS damn bastard.

HE KNOWS HIS SON SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN PRESIDENT. HE KNOWS HE STOLE THE ELECTIONS FOR HIS SON. HE KNOWS HIS STUPID SON IS NOT ON TOP OF A DAMN THING

and he just sits there pretending to be so damn proper and all and lies, lies through his teeth, lies through his lips, lies through his ass!

and then clinton 42 says this country has the resources to, deal with this tragedy (?) ... YEAH, SO WHY THE HELL AREN'T THE RESOURCES BEING ENOUGH TO DO WHAT HAS TO BE DONE. WHY THE HELL ARE OUR TAXES PAYING FOR THE OCCUPATION OF IRAQ AND OUR NATIONAL GUARD GETTING KILLED DEFENDING BUSH'S OIL AND OCCUPATION OF IRAQ?

If the Iraq war has not started a revolution in this country.the situation in New Orleans will!

1. I wasn't disappointed with Poppy...I knew what he would say....but I was
with Clinton. I don't understand what's going on there. Even Cliton's body language was chummy if not downright affectionate with Poppy.

Clinton said "no one could know this would happen." Poppy said "no one could know this could happen in NO."

And...all I could think of was Condi saying "Who would have though someone would take a plane and fly it into a building."

I feel so disillusioned that I ever defended Clinton against the right wing to friends that some of them I lost as friends because of my defense of Clinton through all his troubles. I wonder why I bothered when I see Clinton and Poppy together like that speaking with one voice today.

It's so bizarre to see that there isn't anyone in either party who seems to be able to speak up for decency..or has any morality...that they can't do something to help.

I felt lost on 9/11 wondering who was in charge. And, here we are again.

6. Clinton is getting to be such a suck-up to the Bushes
I'm also wishing he would have said "Hey Idiot it's your fault!"
to both of the Stupid Ass Bushes.

18. Unfortunately, Clinto was ALWAYS a suck up...
If he were in charge now...perhaps people would have received help sooner; he does have a "warm fuzzy" side as far as that goes...BUT, when he was prez and now with his cohort bushie sr, he was/is the "let's all get along prez"...the "lets reach across the aisle prez" He bowed to the repukes on countless issues and pulled a couple boners of his own. :puke:

SCREW CLINTON AND THE BUSHES... I'm soooooo disappointed in this countries idea of Government over the past two decades.

We everyday Americans are getting "bent" every day; and yeah, it's totally revolting to watch Clinton sit up there with our "enemy" and spout platitudes...

13. I read some good threads on
Clark and Dean speaking out today.

I know how disappointed you must be with clinton after all the history of defending him.

clinton takes diplomacy to the outer limits..but he's pissing on his own credibility, too..especially when everything starts coming out about how they did know and gambled the money on Iraq.

5. We need a little more outrage around here!
Did anyone notice when Chritine M. asked Poppy if he thought gas prices should be capped and he replied " Well, I really don't know much about those sort of things." PLEASE keep that man off TV!!

And, shame on Clinton for whatever he's up to. It gives me the creeps to see them together!

7. Bush I Knew About Gas Prices About 15 Years Ago...
I remember when Bush I was President and there was a gas-price crisis then, too, and Sheikh Yemani, who headed OPEC then, offered to increase production to lower prices. Bush was fighting Yemani and threatening retribution, which I just found totally bizarre and incomprehensible, until finally Bush got Yemani fired from OPEC--for trying to keep prices down--and after that, with no production increases, prices went up yet again. "Oddly," the oil executive Bush, even then, did nothing.

11. Revolution? Merely a beatles song....
Revolution is not gonna happen, and I would call you foolish to think a revolution would come to america. We would never revolt ...why you ask? Well....There is the media, they run everything, they can twist and turn things so far until the breaking point where people are scared to hell to even come out of their homes, second, theres no justified reason for a revolt, revolt is in the constitution and legal ONLY if there is a justified cause to overturn a tyrannical government, our government, as poorly run as it is, is not tyrannical. I love how everything thinks that somehow Hurricane Katrina is Bush's fault lol like he made this happen, because a lot of you just blame him, This is not his fault, and maybe he's not doing the best job to take care of it, But I would love to see how all of you would handle such a situation after all, there is no written manual on "How to handle a natural disaster". Its a tough decision in a tough situation...all we can do is be patient.

12. Bush* cut the funding to the Army Corps of Engineers SELA project

that was shoring up the levees and otherwise trying to get New Orleans in shape to withstand a serious hurricae. Bush* "couldn't afford" to help New Orleans any longer because he had to give a big tax cut to his rich pals AND because of the billions he's spending in Iraq. Ironically, the Corps of Engineers is working hard in Iraq, just like the LA Natl Guard.

15. I'll say one thing for you....
u's got guts..I almost can't believe I read this post on du, but hey..whatever's fair...so tell me...what's it gonna take to make a believer out of you? Let's face it honey, some of us are already wise to the MSM, and how they operate...Bush has been on vacation for the last 5 years...he hasn't done a lick of work yet...except...for what he wanted...he isn't handling this situation any more than he handled 9/11...oh, and by the way...after 9/11 happened on his watch...you'd a thunk, he'd a had a clue by now, about how to handle a disaster....I have loads of patience, but even MY patience is wearing thin...there is NO excuse for what happened in NO..NONE...and there is NO excuse for what continues to happen..and I think I will stop right there, before I feel like shouting...

16. I'm actually Happy to See Clinton getting involved
Even if it means he has to suck up to the chimp and Poppy. What ever it takes to get these people help. Clinton did it for the Tsunami victims and I have faith that he'll do what ever he can to make sure that victims of this disaster get relief.

22. Clinton has really started to freak me out.
He pats Bush on the back every f*cking chance he gets. He must be in on something with them. Kick backs, illegal CIA money or something. Makes me sick.
