If one still maintains that Bush and friends even thought they were telling the truth about the threat posed by Saddam, then one must be either a liar or a fool.

6. I think not
Because I don't think that the majority of them really feel that way. They think they are right. They genuinely believe that what they are supporting is for the greater good. Characterizing by result, rather than intention is wrong, in my opinion, and does nothing to change hearts or minds.
