also, wasn't there some kind of "impasse" on issues related to either CIA intelligence errors investigation pushed off after election? or maybe something to do with Halliburton or Cheney energy meetings?

it just struck me there were a couple of items I was pissed Bush/Cheney were able to get pushed til after the election and I haven't heard any more about it.

There's so G.D. many of them it isn't a wonder we forget what some of them are.

1. At the risk of getting flamed and whined at as much as I did when

suggesting that the June 30 deadline was not a real deadline for turnover, I'll suggest that I have still not seen a judicial order that mandates a turnover of the photos and videos, extension or no, to ACLU. Only redaction/processing. Last I heard, DOD counsel was claiming that actual turnover was still under litigation.
