OK, there's one really important thing that we have in the
fight against Roberts that we didn't have in the fight against Bush's other nominees. More visibility. More people are really paying attention. More people realize how important the supreme court is. And more people support Roe v. Wade than don't. If this guy says he's going to overturn Roe v. Wade, or hints that he might, the dems can filibuster and they will have the publics support. The repugs are once again digging their own graves.
