Right now, they are dealing with a crisis in Britain. Everything else is pure speculation.

Britain is not in the least bit interested in invading Iran. However, if an Israeli government minister has been caught, then - well, anything could happen.

| 6. Iraqi Defense Minister just said no attacks will come from there |
|
He gave the Iranians the promise that Iraq would not be a launching pad for any action again Iran.
He was just in Iran to meet with them.
Read about this yesterday.

when has public opinion or the greater good ever mattered to the Bush administration?
This administration and the Pro-PNAC-ers who dominate it and influence all its war decisions will be the ones deciding whether or not they see an Irani connection to today's events in London.
With that in mind, we could very well wake up some morning in the near future and find out the US is bombing the bejeezus out of Tehran. (The fact that they may have the nuke could be a deterrent, but the PNAC-ers are so arrogant and war-hungry, who knows?)
Bush and his "peeps" don't give a flying whatsis about us, what we think, or how we feel, so maybe all the energy used to worry about this (Okay, maybe SOME of it) can be focused on London, and the people who are probably feeling just how we did on 9/11.
My thoughts and prayers are for them right now. We cannot influence anything that happens in this government at the moment. Bush doesn't care. It's the Richard Perles and all the other PNAC warmingers who have his ear and his heart.
