1. Lieberman's strategy:
The GOP can't attack me, because I meet their standards better than their own candidate! I'm the real tax cutter and Hollywood-basher in this race!

That said, he's making some good points.

3. He's got a solid lock on the right-leaning Democrats
He'll have numbers at least at 7-8% in most states, higher in many states as long as he's running. I may not like the guy, but he knows how to run a campaign.
