What action shall we take after the Conyers hearing?

We need to plan what we will do after the Conyers hearing. I suggest that each of us listen to the hearing. Hopefully transcripts will be available soon after the hearings for those of who cannot watch or stream C-Span. Then, we need to e-mail our senators and representatives and maybe write letters to the editors of various news media. Could someone please resurrect the contact information that DU provided during the election?

Does anyone else have any good ideas about how we can follow up on the hearing. Thanks.

1. Call contacts in cities that are holding co-rallies and get their count?

Write the city names and totals on a flip chart.

2. Demand that high-profile Democrats take the issue to the TV programs.

Call & write all the well known, quotable, high-profile Democrats and demand that they go on all the TV debate & interview shows with pointed talking points.

After the hearings, Dean, Kerry, Reid, Obama, Hillary etc need to be front & center, ON TV repeating DSM talking points- and we need to comtinue to remind them to do that if they are going to continue to ask us for donations.

3. Storm the Bastille!

Ooops! That's already been done.

How about this:

SS guard runs into the Oval Office, "The peasants are revolting! The peasants are revolting!"

CuckooBananas looks out of the window at the throngs of Dems on the lawn in Lafayette Park, all chanting, screaming, yelling, signs all over the place calling for impeachment.

CuckooBananas turns to his SS guard and says, "They certainly are."

4. Make certain to flood C-Span with phone calls, e-mails, etc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In fact, flood any call in show with calls and mention Bush lies, American soldier and innocent Iraqi's dead. Halliburton stock going through the roof, Bush and Blair should be charged with war crimes, etc.

We have to make our own echo chamber to make this story go mainstream.
