It wasn't so much what he said, but the way he said it that I noticed. Seems like the Rapturist Right is trying to put on a more 'hey, we're really normal people' kind of facade to their radical agenda. Tried to act very civil while conveying veiled threats to the 7 GOPers who sided with the 7 Democrats in the filibuster deal.

Whined about the 'name calling' against him. Whined about being labeled an extremist.

After the rabid rhetoric surrounding the Shiavo case revealed there true fanaticism, poll numbers plummeted. I think the new MO for the radical right is to "appear" civil, pleasant and reasonable. :scared:
