Rumsfeld on Faux yesterday, blew off a question about Bin Laden

I was eating brekkies and not paying a great deal of attention, but he smiled when someone asked when they were going to find Bin Laden, and gave a curt answer, smiling, then backed off from the microphone. A soldier quickly leaned in and indicated that it was considered an important matter, etc.

He was covering for someone who appeared to be laughing at the question, and didn't take it seriously. Did anyone else see this, and feel all bad inside?

3. I never, ever click onto the Faux "News" channel...

for several good reasons:

(1) It's bullshit propaganda

(2) They are without scruples & integrity

(3) For all I know, my cable box may register a point for Faux "News" if I clicked onto the garbage. I'm not even curious in the least bit what is being said on that channel.

It's been posted on DU that the propaganda channel's ratings have been steadily declining (significantly) for the past six months. I want it to continue & I won't support it.

However, Rumsfeld and friends WANT to not be watched, don't they. Information overload, information ignored.

Of course, the issue is the original post, Faux simply presented the problem in all its questionable glory. They don't even take the public seriously, big news, but now they have the gall to laugh in our faces about it.
