correlation on hyped up terror alerts and negative press on bush??

what are the correlations between the terror alert going up and whatever negative bit of news was coming out about the white house/bush campaign?

then let's look at the times ridge didn't feel it should have been raised and what media story had just broken (that needed a good terror alert to distract the masses).
