refer to her and her husband. How to differentiate between President Bill Clinton and President Hillary Clinton? Any way to do it - other than referring to them by their whole name?

Hillary will not be the next President, and if she runs, I will go third party. This isn't what the country needs, another corporate controlled Clinton in the Oval Office.
