There were Kerry ones as well. I think I saw them at Newbury Comics here in Mass, but don't know where else they might have been available.

I seem to remember these "stand ups" being available for most recent presidents. There used to be vendors that stood out in front of the WH with these so tourists could take their picture with the President with the WH in the background -- for a fee of course!
