It's kinda interesting that she has not changed her look for the last ???? years, but that all of a sudden, when she is made SoS, the Administration is putting big bucks into her wardrobe, and now, her hair. (I didn't say it was money well spent....)

This indicates to me that, truly, Condi is window dressing for this fascist adminstration. Truly, no one is interested in her mind. I would even say that she does not HAVE a mind -- she is only an empty talent developed to serve the financial interests of old white men.....

She has some disorder that prevented her skull from completely hardening in her early childhood. With proper precautions, she was able to maintain a relatively normal shaped head most of her life, but recently she's taken to shoving it pretty far up Shrub's ass. Whether this is a sexual thing or merely currying of favor is not yet certain. Whatever the case, she appears here to have been called in for a photo op too soon after removing her skull from Shrub's anal orifce, and her head had not had quite enough time to return to its normal proportions.

As I said, it's just a theory.
