* is a tax cheat!
He uses an Illinois P.O. Box on his income-tax form:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x1735687

and he gets a $23,679 break on his property taxes on the Crawford spread by claiming an agricultural tax break.

So why aren't we screaming and investigating?

2. Because he's NOT Bill Clinton...
if he was, this would be 24/7 fodder for the MSM. Republicans are EXPECTED to lie, cheat and steal I guess, hence, no news coverage.

3. And what was that other tax break that Kerry brought up in debates?
Edited on Fri Apr-22-05 09:09 AM by kentuck
The guy is a fraud! He can't even be honest with his public tax forms.

4. That agricultural tax break needs to be questioned.
My boss gets an agricultural tax break on his property but he has to have so many head of cattle or other livestock per acre in order to qualify.

10. That explains what you can write off taxes but
Edited on Fri Apr-22-05 09:30 AM by Sentinel Chicken
it doesn't tell you what qualifies as a farm versus just vacant land. An Ag exemption in Florida also changes the tax rate of your property.

8. What agriculture???
Everytime the MSM shows him on his "ranch" (which is too often IMHO), he's standing in front of a bunch of broken down tractor equipment that looks like it hasn't see a drop of oil in 20 years. If they're going to use prop brush, then they should at least show some farm equipment that looks like it actually does some work!!!

12. The historical question
The last company Bu$h failed at loaned him like a quarter of a million dollars to buy stock, which he sold before it all tanked. Then the company forgave the loan. There is a big question if he paid tax on the money forgiven since it should be treated as income. That is the big question that has been out there for a long time with no answer.

13. We need an investigation
And millions of dollars to fund the investigation. Oh, wait, that won't happen.
