19. That is great!
Although I am always reminded of Rwanda massacre now whenever I hear anyone referred to as cockroach-esque.

7. The Dennis Miller interview was sort of disappointing
At first, he seemed to be pandering to liberals and trying to rehabilitate his image a little. But then, he started to defend his support of Bush and went on to attack the environment movement with the "Global warming isn't real" argument.

8. Dennis Miller seemed a little frantic
When he made the comment about his audience being straight off the Hollywood tour buses, I think Miller realizes he's not in the same league as Stewart. It was almost like a desperate 'please like me again' ploy. His vicious snarkiness is kinda old hat now, everybody is doing it. Miller might have some regrets on his path taken.

Stewart maintains his integrity even though his lead-in is puppets. Dennis Miller is on a cable "news" network and can't get any respect.

10. Miller lost the audience with his pro* comments
I noticed that Jon kept laughing but the crowd noise decreased as he tried harder and harder to be funny.

Dying is easy, comedy is hard

21. Frantic, and desperate, indeed!
He wants to be a dumb man's Bill Maher, but it ain't working.

When he starts waffling, after being such an unapologetic little Nazi not too long ago, you know that the entire cabal is flexing their raddled little legs and getting ready to jump that shark.

I hear Roy Orbison singing "It's Over....."

11. The Daily Show is great
I saw that last night, funny stuff.

But man, Dennis Miller is a guy that I have lost a lot of respect for lately. His interview last night proved it.

15. Thanks for the heads up...
I'll be sure to miss that part when I watch the re-run. Miller is a world class horse's ass and there is nothing he could say that would interest me.

13. Do most of the ladies here understand the Code Blue friendship?
I'm sure most of the guys here do (level Blue, "Guy I Swordfight with in the Bathroom").

I imagine he's talking about weenies, but in what context...? I'm 54, can I be that naive?

17. I guess you had to have a brother about the same age, and only...
...one toilet available.

It refers to using the toilet at the same time as your brother or buddy, and crossing streams, i.e. swords. Bathroom fun for boys under 12 (hopefully).

26. Oh that is HILARIOUS!! I wondered if that might be it -- I mean, where
else would you find "swords" to fight with in a bathroom, but I'm sure glad you confirmed it.

14. Fantastic....
the only problem is that he had to cut it so short. There's at least another hour or so that could be spent detailing DeLay's transgressions in comedic form. Oh well, we'll have to settle for this, for now. Very funny though. Priceless.

22. Did you notice that Scott's reaction was COMPLETELY UNSOLICITED?
After he confirmed that DeLay and President Mightymouse had a good working relationship, the reporter says "Okay." THEN he starts hemming and hawing about "levels of friendship" and psychically declaring that the reporter was "referring" to a "social" relationship! And did you notice how Scott's lips barely move?

27. Jon 's remark re Santorum: The Senate's Richard Simpson, only gayer.
These guys are so pathetic. Delay and Santorum are so divorced from reality. But we knew that...:D

And apologies to Richard Simpson.
