BS
This morning it was reported that Texas Senator John Cornyn said that the recent violence directed at judges may be due to the fact that they are not accountable to the public. This is ridiculous BS. In one of these cases a guy shot up a courtroom because he raped a woman and was going to go to jail. In another case some guy it seems the guy was angry for some reason, but I am not completely sure. In addition, if so many people are angry that judges are not accountable why hasn't this violence been happening for years. Did people just realize that some judges have a lifetime appointment? People have known for years that judges serve until they decide to retire.

1. He's trying to make it about Schiavo, which surprisingly, hasn't
gone violent yet.

They seem to be trying to incite violence against judges that don't kowtow to their cult of life.

2. But if we were to threaten violence on GOP politicians ...
the FBI would arrest us in a heartbeat. Why is this guy not being finger printed as we speak?

3. So where are any of the GOPs congress accountable? If there . . .
are charges, they "make and exception" for the right. They have done this so much, even the Republicans that are not too far right openly have spoken out against Tom DeLay and his crimes. Plus, he needs to read the Constitution. Just because the Congress created a law for one person (unbelievable), then the president flew across the country on our tax dime to sign it for his party, but then when the federal judges looked at it, they still voted that it was against the Constitution of the United States, and no matter who wrote the bill, no matter GWB signed it into law, per the Constitution, what they were trying to do was illegal. Even oh brother Jebbie tried everything he could (legally because the media had everyone's eyes on them. Otherwise, I'm sure he would have been able to do something because politically, he knows this situation has hurt him and brother Georgie.
