What a travesty: on the same day the President’s panel reports the nation was led down a primrose path about weapons of mass destruction, we see one of the principal proponents of that lie rewarded with the post of President of the World Bank.
Coupled with Mr. Bush’s having previously bestowed the nation’s highest civil award on the failed George Tenet, I wonder which federal incompetent will next be honored?
