CNBC Whores: Wolfowitz can now carry out President's Democracy Action
around the world.

MEANING:
Sending a signal that if you don't support Democracy in your country the World Bank will not give you any funds.
..........
This was their feature after saying Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling would have more favorable treatment than Bernie Ebbers ...because their cases are so different. IOW...don't expect Lay or Skilling to get "the book" thrown at them because Ebbers trial was held in New York..
..........
And, it was after a feature on how ANWAR drilling won't be bad because we could get 5% of our energy from there and they have NEW drilling techniques that will minimize damage from drilling.
...........
I then had to turn the crap off. Only checked because I wanted to see what Bush's "Businss Community Mouthpieces" had to say about today's events.
