Rep. Senator: "Never vote for Republicans again -- we lie."

Let's borrow a Republican tactic and use this quote everywhere, non-stop!

http://www.washtimes.com/national/20050310-114934-7336r.htm

A senior Republican senator said, "The message coming out of the White House is that we'll fix Social Security by raising your taxes and cutting your retirement benefits and, to get something passed, we'll forget about the personal retirement accounts we promised."

The senator said that is like telling voters, "Never vote for Republicans again -- we lie."

3. Really, this is an editorial piece.
Washington Times' patrons want no increase in the amount of income subject to payroll taxation. They contrived this article--I'm not sure it represents broad-based "conservative" sentiment.

6. So ?
They never seem to have a problem taking statements from 'fringe' Dems and painting the rest of the party with the same brush ...

What's good for the goose, and all that, IMO.
