but voted against cloture this week, will vote for this year's "Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005." One might ask is the Democratic Party really the defender of the working man or are we being played for fools?

Of course, their votes don't really count now. When they failed to garner 41 votes against cloture, the die was cast. The bill will pass handily with the Rethugs having a majority of 55 votes.
