The next presidential election may be three years away but that's not stopping some Republicans from planning their attack on possible rivals.

Conservative radio host Sean Hannity has been invited to hold an anti-Hillary Clinton rally this summer at Saratoga Race Course. Senator Clinton has been mentioned as a possible 2008 Democratic presidential candidate.

Hannity's invite comes from the Clifton Park GOP Committee.

could we annoy Hannity and the Clifton Park GOP Committee to the point of their getting hives?

5. I wonder what the ratio of porta-potties to protestors will be?

13. Dick Morris is scaring him thats why.
I happened to watch his show(Hannity and Combs) a bit lately (opposition research)and DIck Morris is a guest quite often and he has a theory that Hillary will win the nomination and could win the presidency and this gets Hannity nervous. Morris things the only one that could be Hillary would be Condi.

24. Agreed. Time to target the right-wing targeteers!!!
They want a damned character-assassination war,...we should just level their wimpy asses. Hell, we've had to fight a helluva lot harder than this to advance civil and human rights in this country.

Let's go get Hannity!!!!

4. What a Democratic strategy!
HRC should string these nutjobs along, let them waste their energies and focus their hatred on her. Then - blammo - the Dems nominate someone else. Right wing disarray. They've geared everything towards beating Hillary!

12. That would be good
And then they'll waste all their time smearing her (so sad) and then out of nowhere someone else will pop up and they won't have time to smear them because they'll be so focused on Hillary. ;) I still don't think she's going to run personally.

6. From your, erm, fingers to God's ears
(or whoever it is you worship, respect, admire, etc.)

I, for one, would breath a lot easier if Hillary would just stay in New York and on the Senate, where she is both wanted and needed.

I want someone I can work with to flip my red state and she ain't it!

3. Gawd, these guys are insane..
Nobody pays her as much attention as wacko RW radio hosts and Freepers. The only reason I would want Hillary to run (and win) is to piss them off. She's not even on my top 10 list otherwise.

7. 35 freepers and a porta-potty
And most of the 35 freepers will be there to protect the porta-potty.

Hillary's popularity in NY is over 60%, and over 50% with Republicans according to a Gallup poll in December.

10. That's $3000 worth of porta-potties
that was how much they spent at a rally they had in DC where 40 people showed up.

8. Hey, I'm up for it...
going just to bug them.

Saratoga's way up there damn near half way to Montreal, but what the hell. There's some nice country around there, and we should make sure Hannity doesn't stink it up too much.

11. Hillary's up for re-election in 2006
I hope you're all behind her for her Senate campaign. It's going to be vicious. Ironically the Republicans actually think she has a better chance of being elected president than most DUers do. They see her Senate campaign as their chance to take her out pre-emptively. They're going to do their dirtiest.

23. She should be alright in '06
The NY state GOP is in pretty bad shape (even the national review was taking a crap on them this week), unless they can coax Powell or Rudy into running her senate seat should be pretty safe...

14. Is there a bigger douchebag than Sean Hannity?
:puke:

He makes me want to spew.

I also doubt Hillary will run for anything but her Senate seat.

Something tells me she's not worried about a pissant like Hannity.

everytime her husband watches Hannity for a moment,
she begs him to switch channels because he makes
her think evil thoughts -- she can't suppress her
urge to strangle Hannity... and she doesn't want
to feel "un-Christian" thoughts.
